Upon receipt of the order confirmation, “From Camille With Love” will do its utmost to deliver the orders as quickly as possible.

“From Camille With Love ” only delivers in Belgium and France. 

The exact delivery time and shipping costs depend on the destination. These will be confirmed to you when you place your order.

Once the package has been shipped, you can track it from your account. You will find the code in the shipping confirmation.

Your order is tracked very closely. You will be informed immediately if there are any problems.

For shipments within the European Union, all prices include VAT.

The costs can be changed at any time without prior notice. The applicable shipping costs are those displayed at the time the order is placed. Products ordered by the customer in accordance with these conditions are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer on the order concerned. “From Camille With Love ” works with an external carrier (BPOST) and declines all responsibility in the event of late delivery, loss of the parcel or any anomaly concerning the parcel (damaged parcel, open parcel, etc). If the parcel cannot be delivered due to the absence of the customer or the recipient of the order, a delivery notice is issued, allowing the customer to collect the parcel at the post office indicated in the delivery notice, for a period of 14 calendar days.

As the objects sold are only a marketing support for the members of the association “From Camille With Love” and the participants in the activities, there is no return of goods.
